How to survive in the world of toadies?

Two new girls were employed in my workplace last year. They act like two dolls, available to do anything what bosses ask from them.

Their clothes, smile and behavior, all is in harmony with rules of system. I watch them with nuisance. When their fat, hag boss comes to office, new girl opens door wide to her, offers cup of coffee and sweet words.

I am in fear, she is melting so much, that here could be flood soon.

I will jump over lake of sweet words , i bet, it will be soon. When boss is sad, new girl is sad. When boss is grumpy, girl is grumpy too, her face is as mirror for boss mood . I wonder, what if suddenly boss die? She could die too.

So, black hair girl and blonde girl are not permanent employers. They are here currently, as help assistants. For few months big bosses will say :”Sorry dear miss, we can’t keep you, we don’t need new workers.”

They know it, but they hope to be exceptions of this rule. They will sell the last drop of dignity for salary and promotion. They turn into toadies, because someone told them this is key for success.

Meanwhile, they work in firm and act as cleaners, waitress, servants for everybody here, especially for fat boss. I mean,  i was so nasty cooperator and i never brought coffee for my boss. What the fuck, that fat cow needs coffee? Only if she will choke after first mug.

How to deal with intruders at your work?

The same as with bugs and insects. Make him unimportant, and use them to get rid of job you don’t like anyway. Things for archive, for example, who would like to swallow some dust and search for an old files? Or who would like to talk with boring clients on the phone, which appears every day to ask the same things?

To be slimy or rebellious? With time, some toadies will learn about dignity. Some will not so they will wear mask forever. Some of them will succeed as bosses and forward their knowledge to next generations.

After all, obsequiousness is temporary act. It could be useful when you walk into the world of toadies.
